How to Generate a Nexus Support Bundle

  1. Login to Nexus 2.7 or greater as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Administration -> Support Tools -> Support Zip.
  3. Click the Create button.
  4. Download and attach the generated support ZIP file to your support ticket.
    2.7.x: The file is saved on the server in the sonatype-work/nexus/support directory.
    2.8.0+The file is saved on the server in the sonatype-work/nexus/downloads directory.

    Inside the file you will find a directory structure similar to:
