Your product license fingerprint is the unique identifier of your product license. Follow the instructions in this article to locate your fingerprint.
Nexus IQ Server
- Sign-in to your IQ Server with a user that has a role which includes the Edit System Configuration and Users permission. The default admin user and the System Administrator role includes this permission.
- Click the cog icon to open the System Preferences menu. Then click the Product License menu item.
- On the Product License page the entire value of the Fingerprint field is your license fingerprint.
Nexus Repository Manager 3
- Sign-in to your Repository Manager 3 with a user that has been assigned the nx-licensing-read privilege. The default admin user and the nx-admin role includes this privilege.
- Navigate to Administration -> System -> Licensing. The the entire value of the Fingerprint field displays your license fingerprint.
Nexus Repository Manager 2
- Sign-in to your Repository Manager 2 PRO instance with a user that has a role that includes the Administrator privilege (ALL) application privilege. The default admin user, and the Nexus Administrator Role includes this privilege.
- Navigate to Administration -> Support Tools. Then select the System Information tab.
- Scroll the page and search for a NEXUS-LICENSE section. Under that section should be a fingerprint field. The entire value of that field is your license fingerprint.
